We are the second owner of the RV. We have enjoyed our RV and we originally purchased it when we lived states away from our family. Our plan was to take monthly weekend trips to different camping sites. Which we did. We have also traveled cross country twice, which was a blast. However, we recently moved back to our home state, and now we do weekend get togethers almost every weekend, so the RV isn't getting much use. We hate to see the RV not get the use it used to get. We've kept up with the maintenance of the RV. It has a new chassis battery that was just put in, and at the same time it got an oil change as well. We sealed the roof of the RV about two years ago. Sealant is usually good every five years. We also have only used 1,035.7 hours of our generator. Typically, you can use the generator up to 3,000 hours, so it still has half its life to go. There is also Tyron on the front tires of the RV. Tyron is attached over the wheel well after the tire is put on and it supports the tire if the tires ever deflate while driving it prevents the driver from losing control of the vehicle and helps safely pull the vehicle over while totally remaining in control. We made that extra purchase for safety. The RV sleeps 8. You can convert the dinette to a twin, the couch to a twin, there's a twin bed that comes down right above the driver seats, as well as a queen bed in the bedroom. We do have a new queen mattress that we will give/ put in the RV for whoever does purchase it.
