I painted some of the interior (with mold resistant paint), but I didn't finish painting the less important areas (only ⅓ left to do!). There are some small fixes to be done.

Renovated in 2017 by a dude in IL. Bought by a couple who towed it to WA and lived in it for 1.5 yrs. Then I bought it from them, and lived in it from Oct 2019 - Jun 2022. It's been sitting vacant since. Tried selling through other platforms first.

It's set up like a tiny home, not suitable for constant travel, best stationary (think ADU).

No holding tanks (needs to be “piped” directly to sewer), but you can install them.

Has a camp style heater but no thermostat (so when it is on, it is always on until you turn it off).

Has an AC but needs repair or replacement.

Flush toilet.

Refrigerator.

Microwave, 3-burner stove/oven.

Wood countertop.

Modern fixtures.

Deadbolt and lockable door knob.

Has 2- 7 lb propane tanks (one is full).

Comes with 50 ft heated water hose.

10 gal water heater.

30 amp power cord.

Floor is laminate with no insulation.

Throwing in 2 dehumidifiers (I needed them in the WA winter).

There is a spare tire, but it will need to be used to replace one that appears to be flat. Not sure if it can be patched.
