Well and properly maintained trailer, stored under cover while not in use. In great working order! Many minor but important improvements have been made to make RV life that much better (dimmer controls on lights, under cabinet mounted paper towel, caulking sinks to prevent water damage, cabinet drawer / door alignments, etc. 2 new tires and axles in 2023 (warranty repair), 2 new tires in 2024. Includes sewer hoses, water hoses (standard and heated), water pressure regulator, leveler blocks and chocks, weight distribution hitch, roadside hazard triangles, electric cable, surge protector, continuity tester, 30A and 20A adapters, misc lubricants, spare brake, spare stabilizer jack, storage cover. We also have two almost new outdoor rugs if you are interested.

Additional foam included for 3 bunk house beds (more comfort), however no mattress is included for the queen bed (we upgraded to a high end mattress which we will be keeping).

The heated underbelly helps extend your season and the solar panel keeps your battery charged when off grid - the 12V fridge runs off the battery and works well off grid.

There is some minor cosmetic damage to the exterior on the back passenger side corner (shown in photos) which does not impact the functionality of the trailer or its components. The back right corner got in an argument with a sturdy tree branch.
