We are the second owners, purchasing it from the first owner who used it twice and realized he needed something bigger. We have owned it for two years and lightly used it ourselves, camping a few times per year during spring to fall. We are not winter campers or boondock/off-grid folks. We are non-smoking, and it has been stored covered or indoors since new.

Several upgrades have been made:

• Furrion AC Unit with digital thermostat (previous owner did this for lower noise and better temp control)

• Exhaust fans – MaxAir Fan over kitchen/bed, two-way fan with light in bathroom

• Dual Propane Tanks (I have equipment to install an auto-switchover valve)

• Anderson Anti-Sway Hitch

• Hughes Power Watch Dog Smart Surge Protector

• RVLock Keyless Door Lock with Keypad and 1 Remote

This unit was ordered with the outdoor kitchen, but without the electric cooler.

We are including all equipment needed to camp – water hose, pressure reducer, power cords/adapters, 2 sewer hoses, sewer hose supports, etc.

This model did fall under the Dexter recall, and the axel was replaced by the previous owner under warranty. He did not have issues, nor have we. Our production date was outside the timeframe where there were weld quality control issues from Intech, and we have checked the welds visually every year.

Everything works as it should. We have it cleaned up for storage, but it’s ready to go.

A clear Georgia title is in hand. The camper is currently stored in Merrimack, NH (03054) and can be shown weekdays during business hours by the Storage Manager.
