This has been an awesome RV for our family. We just don't have time right now to use it anymore. Has brand new, high quality awning fabric that's never been used. Tires are in good shape. Brand new water pump. New slide motor. New generator circuit board. New LP gas regulator.

One large slide along entire length of RV makes plenty of room on the inside.

2 bunks for the kids, king sized loft, queen sized master bed, pull out couch, and the kitchen table benches turn into a bed.

Bathroom with shower, kitchen sink, stovetop, oven, microwave, tv, fridge. Air and heat work great. Driver & passenger seats are in good shape.

Lots of cabinet and closet storage. Plenty of outside storage for camping gear and stuff.

Has always had regular maintenance. Engine is plenty powerful and can go up mountain passes just fine.
