2018 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 35e with new Michelin tires (replaced in 2023). Unit is under full warranty until 2026 and regularly serviced. 

This RV is great for family trips with seatbelts for 9 and sleeping for 8, including bunks (with individual DVD players), a drop down Queen above the driver’s seat, and a pullout couch.

The washer/dryer combo keeps packing light and is great after a day of swimming. The bathroom has a comfortably large shower and plenty of storage.

The kitchen features a residential refrigerator and a three burner gas stove. Solar panels help maintain the house battery system and allow for boondocking. The A/C has kept up for us in the heat of both Florida and New Mexico, and the diesel heat has kept us warm in the New England spring and fall.

An outdoor TV and stereo make for great movie nights. The two slides open up for a comfortable living space and private bedroom. 

Three cameras help keep an eye out all around the RV and monitor your tow vehicle.

There is plenty of storage underneath for all your camping needs.
