We bought this unit new in 2017 from Pete's RV in Burlington Vermont. We no longer need a bunk house camper. Bought it for when the grandchildren camped with us. It is in great condition. Non smokers. Outside camp kitchen with sink and small refrigerator. 99% of the time we cook outside.

No leaks. Everything works. Always meticulously maintained. Slide toppers. Vent covers. Tons of storage. Huge 19 foot awning! Great camper, just too big for the two of us. We also upgraded the tri-fold sleep sofa to an electric reclining theater seating sofa last season. So much more comfortable to relax in!

Camper is prepped for a second AC up front in the master suite. Although we never felt the need to get one installed, it is an option if you frequent warmer southern states! Unit also is equipped with a 50 amp service, everything runs great on a 30 amp site. We also has the onboard whole camper surge suppression protection installed when we purchased our camper. Protects everything from brown out conditions experienced in some campgrounds.
