Very clean, low mileage, well looked after 31' Class C Winnebago Ascent. This vehicle is powered by a Ford 450 6.8L Triton engine, 305HP with automatic transmission. Easily cruise at 70mph + while towing a small vehicle. Only approximately 36,000 miles on the clock.

We have always kept this vehicle undercover when not in use. This isn't your typical family RV. My wife and I modified this vehicle to be a mobile home AND office for Digital Nomads and Virtual Warriors! We replaced the dinette set with a comfortable leather sofa and put a full desk in place of the pullout sofa/bed, which can accommodate two office chairs and two 35" Monitors (Computer equipment not for sale). The upper bunk above the drivers cabin remains available for a child or adult guest. The RV also recently underwent a 45 Point Inspection at our local Camping World with no major issues identified.

The master bedroom has a queen size memory gel foam mattress. The windows are equipped with vertical retractable blinds. The toilet and shower have been extensively renovated to be practical yet beautiful. An aftermarket water heater was installed to provide an ample supply of piping hot water for multiple showers and to wash the dishes!

Ample storage space in several built in closets and cupboards as well as generous storage space below and along the side of the vehicles body. For limited off grid camping we replaced the house battery with 2 × Renogy Deep Cycle Hybrid GEL Battery 12 Volt 100Ah and 1 × 100 Watt 12 Volt Monocrystalline Foldable Solar Suitcase with 10A Voyager Charge Controller. The onboard Onan 4000 Generator was also recently serviced!
