This is a 2006 Ford E450 Econoline Ambulance, converted into an RV Motor Home. The vehicle was originally part of a fire department fleet and served as the third backup truck, so it has very low mileage. After purchasing it, I performed a complete engine service and can provide receipts for proof. The service included replacing all gaskets, glow plugs, and the fuel injector, performing a full coolant flush, and changing the oil and filters. Additionally, I upgraded the AGM battery to ensure reliability.

After the mechanical work, I converted the ambulance into a motorhome and went through the entire process to meet California CARB requirements. The vehicle has been cleared in both the EDVR system and the Clean Truck Check system, making it fully eligible for DMV registration. As of June 2024, it is registered with California plates, with tags valid until February 2025, and is fully insured.

This project took me two years to complete, and it was an exciting hobby inspired by Campulance Man. However, with my growing family, I’m now looking to upgrade to a larger RV, which is why I’ve decided to sell this one.

This vehicle is perfect for camping, boondocking, or even as a tiny home. It’s in excellent running condition with no issues. I also have a clean title and a recent CarFax report confirming no accidents, which I can share when we meet.
