Go's into storage in 3 weeks won't come out till end April 2002 Sunnybrook 5th wheel. Roof replaced 4 yrs ago as was new carpeting installed. All new brakes,bearings and tires 3 yrs ago. Trailer is stored in a climate control storage area from October 15 to April 20. Don't let year fool you this unit is like it was when new. Pictures don't show how well this unit has been taken care of
