1997 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Vision model 36b.  Ready to camp!  Many spare parts and accessories included.  Runs and drives great.  Significant maintenance records included.  Onan generator with just over 531.7 hours.  The generator hours will change because I start and run it under load at least monthly.  Both A/C units, both furnaces and the auto climate control system work.  Also, the refrigerator/freezer,  microwave, cooktop and water heater all work as well as the dash a/c and the cruise control.  Slide out and leveling jacks work, too.  This unit also HDTVs front, rear and outside which all work.  There is a media entertainment center which includes a separate VCR and DVD player.  A King HDTV antenna was installed in 2022 and the unit can use cable TV as well.  Tires were installed on 09/09/20 and are date coded 2220.  If I have missed anything, please ask.
