Purchased new in May of 2023. Brand new condition, zero issues, we bought a bigger truck a month ago so now we are looking for a fifth wheel so we have more room for our 6 grandchildren! This unit is easily towable with a half ton truck. Nice sized bathroom with a radius shower, porcelain toilet and lots of storage. Living area has a fireplace, dinette, smart tv, 2 reclining, heat and massage chairs, oven, microwave, fridge, double sink and lots of storage. The bedroom features a residential queen bed with wardrobes on each side, drawers on side of bed plus the bed can be lifted for even more storage! We have a new cover we could include as well. The outside kitchen is fabulous for those of you that like to cook outside while camping! It features a working sink, large (drink)  refrigerator, griddle, built in spice rack and more storage! One of our favorite things is the 20 foot power awning with led lights!
