We have a 2021 Keystone Alpine 3700FL we are the SECOND owners and bought this back in December 2023

I will NOT purchase any type of report or paperwork. If you buy the 5th wheel I will reimburse you for the report. Too many scams and im sick of it.

Trailer has 2 ACs units and hydraulic jacks with auto leveling. Full body paint and everything works with no leaks.

After purchase we replaced (Have most receipts):

-4 brand new tires (Hankook) and TPMS sensors installed to work on a 2020+ Chevy or GMC

-Installed a new 12 gallon Girard hot water heater

-2 gallon water pump for endless hot water

-RV comes with a warranty, but I will have to see what that entails for transfer

-Brooklyn bedding mattress bought new in February

-Replaced Shower head and all faucets

-Snap Pads for all 6 Hydraulic feet

-Replaced must of the water fittings with compression or shark-bite connectors

-2 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 Batteries bought in January
