This RV has had two owners- great condition. I have used it for months at a time over the past 3 years. Nothing has every broken on me and have done routine maintenance. The tires were replaced Fall of 2023. Awning was replaced May 2024. All appliances in great working condition. Updated the sofa to an electric recliner. Minor cosmetic damage due to usual wear. Comes with waste hook up tubing, water hose, leveling and stabilizing supports.
