Question: Why are we selling this beautiful RV?

Answer: We are selling our RV because we are moving and can no longer store it on our property.

Do we have the title?

Yes, we own the RV outright, and the title is in our possession.

Why the low price?

We originally priced the RV at $39,000 on RVtrader.com. We paid $42,000 and invested $10,000 in upgrades, mostly for the advanced solar package. We have an inspection report showing that there is no damage and never has been. Additionally, we have receipts to show when we purchased the RV and for how much. We dropped the price to sell quickly before we move. We removed and discarded the electric awning because it broke six times. After fully replacing it, it broke again, so we installed a canvas tracking system. If the lack of an electric awning is a deal-breaker, this RV might not be the right fit for you. If you love electric awnings, I recommend buying and installing a different system, as the stock electric awning is not viable for off-grid use. However, if you plan to use this RV off-grid as we have, you’ll likely find better options for awnings, like the canvas tracking system we installed.

What is your lowest possible purchase price?

$31,949 is the lowest price we can accept.

Are you selling this RV back to the dealer?

If we are unable to close on a sale within the next month, we will have to sell it back to the dealer, which will require me to take multiple days of PTO at a time when I am selling my house and trying to move. Ideally, we hope to find an off-grid enthusiast who will enjoy our RV as much as we have.
