2020 (built in 2019) Class A Georgetown -We bought in June of 2020 as second owners. Original owners decided they wanted something smaller. We need to sell because of health reasons. It has 2 rooftop ACs, a heat pump, an electric fireplace and a propane furnace making it comfortable in any weather. For sleeping there's a king bed, the dinnete makes into a bed and there's a power cab overhead bunk. A 3 burner gas stove with oven, GE microwave, and very large rv frig makes cooking very easy. Plus there's an auxiliary regulated outdoor propane grill connection. We replaced the original theater seating with a set with 2 recliners with 3rd seat in between with fold down back revealing cupholders and charging station. There's a chairside cabinet which also has a charging port and electric outlet. 3 TVs- lr, br, and outside one. Living room tv has a sound bar underneath and is over the fireplace. Bedroom tv has hidden storage behind it. Below the outdoor tv is a radio. Dinette seats 4 adults plus the drivers seat and passenger seat swivel for more seating. A small removable table goes between the captain seats. This rig has an unbelievable amount of storage space both inside the rv itself and in the "basement" storage compartments. A nice size pantry can hold all your canned foods and cabinets over the recliners can hold your dry foods and snacks, leaving cabinets over sink and over stove for dishes. Plus there's large storage under the dinette seats. and more storage in cab area and lots more in bedroom and bathroom. When the large slide is closed you can still walk thru to the bathroom or to kitchen/living room areas.

The fuel tank holds 80 gal, fresh water tank holds 80, black tank holds 40 and gray tank 40. There's an Onan generator which saved us when the power was out.
