This motor home has had 2 owners with no pets and no smokers, great shape inside and out.

This motorhome just came back from a 9,240 mile trip, Florida Keys to Niagara Falls and Grand Canyon and many other places. It gets the best mileage in it's class, I have gotten 17-19 mpg, depending how hard you push it.

I put brand new Michelin tires on 25 months ago. The tires still look great.

I installed a Chins 12.8/300 AH Lithium battery for $1,300 two months ago, its hooked up to the 2,000 watt solar system.

The rear twin beds/ King conversion have plug ends for CPAP's on both side also individual fans and reading lights.

Roof air with built in Heat pump.

Water heater with gas or electric. Electric opening sky light.

Large screen GPS with Sirius XM built in.

3600 LP Generator with 110 hours.

Double Door compressor refrigerator even in 100 degree weather we left it at #3 set point.

TV in bedroom and living room.

Sofa electric slide.

Water hose and waste drain fittings and gloves come with the coach.

It is ready for the next trip.

All Financial transactions will be held at my credit union which holds the clear title, I will not take checks to buy it.

I have extra parts like a new serpentine belt and fuel filter and air filters.

I do not need help selling it.
