Brakes, shocks, tires, carpeting, slide toppers have been replaced.

We adopted 2 kittens in the last year we lived in it, who scratched up the white leather sofa bed.

A new Luxe with similar features now costs well over $250,000 (https://luxefifthwheel.com/fifth-wheels-for-sale). We are in no rush to sell and believe this is a fair price considering the condition and upgrades.
