This unit is in excellent condition and always kept inside (see pictures). We have used this camper only a few times in the past 11 years and planned to travel during retirement. Now that retirement is here, my eyesight will not allow me to drive. Everything works and in GREAT condition. Gray water capacity is 80gal, black water is 40gal and freshwater capacity is 66gal. It also has a 4 point camera system and tire monitor system. Tires only have less than 500 miles on them. This unit is ready to hit the road.

All slides and automatic 6 point leveling system are powered by hydraulics not troublesome electric motors. All cabinets and storage are solid wood construction (no pressboard) with corian countertops.
