This trailer has spent most of its life parked in the same location for many seasons with well water and septic system hookups. We owned it for six years, and we bought it from a family that used it in a similar fixed location as a seasonal recreation home. This unit is in very good condition, and it has served us extremely well. Everything works including the AC, TV, awning, electric residential refrigerator, furnace and propane stove. I cannot confirm the gas oven works - we only ever used it to store pots and pans. The stock toilet was replaced with a nice porcelain one, and the sink fixtures were also replaced with nicer residential units. There are no leaks or water damage inside the coach. The shower trap had leaked, and over time caused some damage to the exterior skirt, but the core structure is intact, and the trap leak is fixed. We recently built a house on the lot where we used this RV, so we no longer need it. There is plenty of life left in it, and we’d love it to find a new owner to enjoy it as much as we have. It comes with two nearly full 30lb propane tanks and a new battery.
