Four seasons.  Great condition.  We’re the original owners, and have worked very hard to make this camper feel like a home away from home. If comfort is important to you, then this is the camper for you! We upgraded the queen mattress to a premium 10” memory foam. (But this mattress obviously won’t fold back into couch. We were initially planning to remove the couch and build a bed frame, but haven’t gotten around to it yet.) In the bunk area at the back, we’ve removed the top bunk frame, and upgraded the remaining mattress (to a better 10” memory foam), for the comfort of a child, teen, or adult. (We reinforced the bunk, so that an adult/larger person can comfortably sleep there. We’ve stored the top bunk & ladder (without the factory’s thin mattress) in case you’d like to reinstall it for another child, or for storage. We also removed the door to the back area/bathroom, and installed curtains. We found it easier. But we’ve also stored the door, also easy to reinstall.

We did not have pets, children, or smoking in camper.

*Indoor/outdoor rugs for the back entrance (which is the only place we would enter and remove shoes).
