Travel Trailer comes ready to go and is great condition in/out. We purchased the trailer in 2020 during COVID and have babied it. No pets or smokers in the trailer and it has been kept in storage. We have the pink slip in hand and everything works in the trailer. AC blows freezing air, fridge/freezer work amazing, stove/over work great after recall was completed by Mike Thompson (I have receipts). Tires have plenty of thread and toilet was replaced with ceramic toilet. Mike Thompson has serviced the trailer and I have all the receipt for proof. Added a back up camera and fire pit. All sewage attachments and electrical surge protector included. I have a ton of photos and please just ask.
