We have owned this unit for (4) years. Purchased it back in June 2020 when it had 8,900 miles on it. Looking to upgrade to larger class A.

Maintenance items (also refer to picture):

Cooper tires with 3,000 miles on them. There is also a new spare tire and wheel which is a nice bonus. RecPro recliners that are new and never sat in except for testing. The previous sofa was fake leather and peeled really bad. I did not want to list it that way so did the upgrade. The chassis battery is (1) year old. The RV battery is (3) years old. The roof was professional resealed (1) year ago. The power step controller and motor are new also. There is a maintenance sheet in one of the pictures for your review.

If you come to inspect it, the motorhome will be leveled and all systems functioning. I have bought a few RVs and the most frustrating part is getting home and something not working. The oil and filter have been changed, the generator oil changed, new water filter, cleaned hvac filters, and replaced grease filter on microwave. I keep the painted chassis waxed with Meguiar's carnuba wax. The gelcoat has been maintained using using Chemical Guys Phase 5 Fiberglass Polish system. That's the best product I have ever found.

It will come with a vinyl windshield cover and a metallic windshield cover. There is a cloth divider to separate the cab from the living area.
