I have owned this homes since 2008. It has always been kept under roof. It has about 24000 miles. It has a new Dometic refrigerator, recently new awning and slide covers. It has 3 slides. This home is built on a Workhorse chassis and has a chevy 8.1 liter gas engine. I recently had the dash A/C compressor replaced and unit serviced. It has 2 roof top A/C units and a 5000 wat Onan generator. Everything functions as designed, tires are relatively new and the home is in good shape.
