THIS GORGEOUS 40ft MOTORHOME IS THE PERFECT TRAVELING BEACH COTTAGE OR TINY HOME!

My husband and I renovate RVS and this is 2000 Monaco Windsor is completely updated inside with entirely new kitchen! This coach was made before quality went down in the later 2000's and she is in mint condition. We added tons of storage and counterspace and an enormous kitchen sink.

It has a very nice gas cook top with varied BTU burners and a large convection/ toaster oven that is under the counter on a roll out shelf . It bakes anything, we even baked sourdough loaves in a cast iron pot in it!

Brand new, comfy queen mattress with bedding included if wanted. Adorable handmade bunks for the small kiddos and a larger bunk/sofa for larger people. All large windows have brand new black out shades and there are curtains for the small windows.

She runs on a Cummins Diesel w 113K miles on it which is just broken in for these engines! She has an alison generator and 1 solar panel.

2 brand new front tires. A huge amount of storage inside and underneath.

All decor is included if wanted and there is a brand new electric awning with wind sensor auto retract capability. It’s also linkable via bluetooth to your phone. It was wonderful to live in for a year even in winter. We didn’t travel much so no new wear on it. Everything works great and is very clean with all paint freshened and touched up like new. It’s a very cushy ride!
