2024 Jayco Northpoint 390 CKDS for sale. This unit is practically brand new. Used 7 times. We bought it to use as a shore home and the campground was sold and the new owners did not take good care of the campground so we had this unit pulled home. We were heartbroken to leave but felt like we had no choice.

This fifth wheel is just gorgeous inside and out. Meticulously kept. It sleeps up to 8 people. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very spacious loft. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. Large closets, hook ups for a washer/dryer and a built in hamper. The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and two closets and some drawers. The second bathroom is off of the second bedroom and also has a door that you can you can go outside from the bathroom. The second bath has a shower and a small tub. Great for kids!!

The kitchen is beautiful! Residential stainless fridge with icemaker. Four burner stove and oven. Large pantry, coffee bar and ample storage. Flip up butcher block counter extension for extra work space. Dinette with extendable table to seat up to 4.(extra chairs under the master bed). Both bedrooms have tvs.

In the living room there are two heat/massage recliners. Perfect way to relax! Fireplace and the tv can recess into the cabinet if you don't want it out. There are 3 air conditioning units to keep you nice and cool. There is a built in vacuum with attachments and a flip up vacuum area where you can just sweep away any debris.

There are 4 slide outs so it is very spacious inside, but still cozy.

Each slide has its own awning to keep debris from getting in the way of pulling the slides in. There are two large awnings to keep you shaded on those warm sunny days or to keep the rain off. There is room for a generator. And there is a large area underneath for storage. There is a slide out tv in the storage area, also a small fridge and a cooktop if you want to cook outside.
