Description
We bought this travel trailer new in 2021, and everything is in good working order and clean. The trailer is located in Sequim, WA but is titled in Texas. We have decided to get out of the RV travel business for a while, otherwise we would be keeping it!
This RV has a rear dinette with a large rear window for great views. The front slide-out is small, just a wardrobe next to the bed. But it does provide great storage while making room around the bed. The 32' length is measured from the back of the ladder to the front of the hitch. The interior space is 28' 6" long.
Outdoors RV makes a solid 4-seasons RV, with great headroom inside and with a strong chassis, strong roof, and an off-road suspension. Gray and black water tanks are 40 gallons each, and it has an 80 gallon fresh water tank. The GVWR is 11000 lbs, but the dry weight is 8160, meaning you can add up to 2840 lbs. The high cargo to dry weight ratio (over 34%) is an indicator of the strength of the chassis. The trailer has one A/C unit, but there is a spot to add another in the bedroom if you want. We have not felt a need to add one, though, due to the good insulation.
Some things we have added to the trailer: A custom built locking metal strong box is bolted to the floor under the bed for laptops, cameras, firearms etc. Dual 12V Trojan batteries (deep cycle golf-cart style). Some shelving in the wardrobe cabinets. The queen mattress (80" long) was replaced in late 2021 with a Sealy Essentials mattress. It is fairly firm and spotless. A thicker mattress than this is not possible due to the wardrobe slide-out.
The trailer is "solar ready" from the factory but does not have solar panels installed.
There are two points of damage to note (see pictures). There is a small divot in the fiberglass under the rear door handle. And the right side wheel well trim has some slight damage.
The tires are in acceptable condition, but will probably need to be replaced in the next 3000 to 5000 miles.
This is a great travel trailer and has served us well.
