Newmar Ventana 3717 was the ONLY choice for us.  This is our 3rd coach and we learned a few things along the way. In addition to Newmar’s reputation for quality & customer service, our must-haves included:  Cummings 360 engine for mountain travel… under 40 ft for greater park access… king size bed, theater seating, dining booth, and large shower.

Only the Ventana 3717 ticked all the boxes. So, in November 2021 we bought the ONLY one we could find in the entire country, (sight unseen) and traveled 1400 miles to pick her up.

I’ll admit, we were disappointed to see the upholstery wear. But, we heard Newmar was warrantying the bad batch of “Pleather” they had gotten. And, even though we were 2nd owner, they did without hesitation.During our initial 5 month summer adventure we called Newmar, sent pictures, and arranged for all new upholstery.They had it installed at absolutely no cost to us in the fall of 2022. That’s the kind of company Newmar is!

In October 2023, after returning from our second 5-month summer adventure, we drove 3 hours to take her to the TOP rated Newmar dedicated service center in Florida, Independence RV in Winter Garden. We had them do absolutely everything they could think of to make her perfect inside and out.  Then, because the tires on this 2019 coach were dated 2017, we put new tires on. That’s how meticulously this “always garaged” baby has been cared for… and by the way, her extended warranty doesn’t run out until November 2025.

So, come April 2024 we were ready for a new adventure and got as far as Nashville before we were had to return for personal reasons.

Sad for us. Good for you… This coach right now is BETTER than NEW.
