I’m the second owner with the title in hand. I have two very young kids now that are putting my focus on other priorities so I’m selling because I’m not using it enough. I used it for off-road motorcycling primarily. Low hours on generator, 342 total, and less than 10 hours since oil changed. We mostly camped at campgrounds with electricity so wasn’t using the generator like I thought I would. On board fuel tank for your toys and separate on board tank for the genset. Two air condition units. I’ve added the (exterior) pvc pipe underneath to store the plumbing pipe for ease of use and cleanliness. 2&5/16 hitch—I’ll include my receiver. I will also include the 50A cable. Upgraded master mattress included, foam mattress for back garage bunk included. Fortunately it sits under a covered car port at all times. Verified and approved bank’s check is all I can accept. No trades.
