This motorhome is in excellent condition. It has always been garaged or under a carport. I am selling because I cannot use it as expected . This RV was prepared for a long run across the country. All services have been done recently including all new batteries. New seat covers protecting seats that are in great condition. Two tv's with DVD players. The dinette set and couch were reupholstered. New heavy duty steering stabilizer. Brand new rear tires with a Crossfire air pressure equalizer system. Four camera system. New mattress in bedroom. New, unused bedding and pillows. It will sleep eight people. The shower door was removed and replaced with a curtain and rod because we got tired of the shower door sticking, as they tent to do. We also have a 2006 Mini Cooper convertible that we use to flat tow behind the RV. It is light, less than 2,000 pounds. It is a five speed manual that runs and drives great with 195K. The clutch was replaced at around 175K. It is a great little car if you are looking to take a car along with you with little extra towing weight. It has a new Blue Ox towing system with it, ($650 + Value). The car lights are wired for towing. The car is $3,300. A better deal could be worked out for the RV and the car together. J. D.
