Very clean especially for its age. Everything works as it should. Purchased less than a year ago. Generator has less than 200 hours. Put new tires 300 miles ago. Was planning on traveling but we or purchasing a home so plans have changed. It is in Ruidoso New Mexico. I still work in El Paso Texas, so I could only meet on weekends thank you.9152078six8four
