RENOVATED TINY HOUSE ON WHEELS :

Great project for anyone with some know-how. I’ve been slowly working on it for years. Started with having the motor completely rebuilt. Have done tons of new upgrades to the interior, listed below!

*** Needs roof leak patch in the rear, some exterior cleanup/paint. Not much to look at it yet. Just a blank slate. Would suggest a brake pads before any long trips, as they were starting to feel pretty bare.

Perfect for extended-stay/full-time RVers. Interior rebuilt with R-13 insulation and coated paneling for warmth in cold winters and cool summers. Designed to feel more like a tiny house than a recreational vehicle, including deep farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, flatscreen TV, multi-channel room selection audio system, glass shower enclosure, and more.

Low mileage chassis, and a rebuilt motor in 2018 with about 6,000 incredible miles since. She drives great with plenty of power, and gets about 7-9 mpg when I’ve tracked it.

*** due to extended storage period, roof is in need of repair, and engine would require a fuel clean out etc. price is negotiable for these needed repairs to have her back to her best.
