2023 Grand Design 247BH, purchased brand new in Sep of 2023 used for 4 days due to location issues and needing to stay with family. This was to be our permanent relocation. However things did not work out with some logistics. Selling to help fund home purchase.

Camper info: due to wanting to live out of this we removed the rear bunks permanently and retrofitted a washer dryer. However they are completely modular and not tied into the internal plumbing of the camper. If you want to go back to the rear bunk system just frame out some 2x2 and build some bunks. This is a reason why the camper is heavily discounted. Comes with absolutely everything to go camping day 1 it’s about a 6k lb camper that’s 30’ long. Pulls amazing with the included BlueOX Load Dist hitch. Comes with all accessories needed. Has outdoor shower, level right leveling system. Truly immaculate camper. We used a different mattress so this mattress is the original and never slept on. Table top comes out and turns into a sleeping section, sofa turns into a sleeper. Has smart Roku TV, indoor outdoor speakers. All Furrion equipment, and a backup camera installed. Asking 20 obo on this. You won’t find a camper in better condition. Currently winterized.
