I purchased my American Coach Patriot at Indoor RV Center in Georgia and traveled to Washington State, which accounts for most of the 4900 miles. Only driven 3 additional times locally. 

The coach is in immaculate condition throughout. The windows have never been down and never left the doors open. The power awning has never been extended, so it is showroom new. Bathroom and shower have never been used. The paint finish is ceramic coated. 

6 new BF Goodrich All Terrain Tires have recently been installed, with less than 200 miles on them. Van Compass installed Fox Shocks, heavy duty rear leaf spring packs, and front Sumo stabilizers, (Over $10,000 cost) which added additional ride height and even more comfort and stability the coaches driving experience.

This American Patriot Class B diesel motorhome has a power sliding side entry door leading to a comfortable resting area in the back with the power folding sofa bed. There are two sets of seats with seat belts located next to the sofa for additional travel space as you cruise down the highway, and the rear HDTV can be enjoyed from this area.
