Coach is in excellent condition. We bought this from an aunt who's husband died of cancer last year. We've never camped in it, but everything is in working order. Just did the oil change, serviced at an authorized MB service facility, put all new tires(6) on it, and had it professionally detailed. We did drive it home over 600 miles and it performed flawlessly. Has the wind proof awning, power step, several tv's, and radios. Still has the winterization in the water pipes.
