Motor powered awning, queen bed, large walk in shower, tons of closet and storage space, roof mounted AC, fridge uses electric or propane, two 7 gallon propane tanks, double compartment sink, gas stove, oven can use electric, microwave pull shades over every window, vent fans in bedroom and bathroom, leather couch that lays flat, dining area sits 4 and also converts to bed. Stabilizer/leveller feet at back of trailer.
Entertainment console with Bluetooth, aux, HDMI, DVD player, radio, etc all of which connects to the LG flat screen and speaker system, which can play inside and out. Electric outlets everywhere, skylight above shower, grill that attaches to outside of RV, and much, much more.

Shore power cable with extra dogbone adapters, 5th wheel gooseneck, stabilizers for slide out, stabilizer jack for axels, wheel chocks, pads for stabilizer feet, motion activated floodlight (new in box), draw shade for skylight (new in box).
