Well maintained travel trailer. Indoor Winter Storage. Used about 3 weeks per year except 2023 where we did a 2 month trip. Reason for selling: too much trailer for us. Downsizing to a van camper.

What we love about this travel trailer. The bathroom is huge. We have all our closet space for clothes, towels, toiletries ,overflow from kitchen.

Storage is abundant on this rig.

Things we have added. We added a heavy duty towing hitch for out awesome kayak and bike rack which we had custom built for this RV. Holds 2 kayaks and 2 bikes. Not in price but will take an offer.

Has equalizer hitch in front which works great.

We lined the front storage with heavy duty mats to prevent breakdown of floor.

New steel beltedtires fall 2023 as well as a greasing the wheel bearings with this.

Added an awning over the slide out to prevent debris from falling on top of slide out.

Backup camera added.
