2004 Keystone Laredo 29' 5th Wheel, original owner, well maintained with many updated systems. Converted from Bunk House to large aft lounge and living area. Features a 2018 Onan-Cummins 5.5Kw propane generator with automatic switching and exhaust stack (only 133 hours), making this RV self contained for off-grid. All systems in great working order with the following updates: Interior remodeled in 2022 with all-LED lighting, counters, sinks, fixtures, toilet, shower, flooring, CO2 and smoke detectors (2); gas detector. Rebuilt burner and solenoid/valve in gas/elec fridge. Canopy replaced in 2020. Suspension rebuilt in 2023 with new equalizers and 3" lift kit for taller tow vehicles. Brakes, backing plates, and (2) hubs/drums replaced in 2022. Full-frame Class III towing hitch/receiver. AGM deep cycle battery 2024. All five tires (incl spare) are Goodyear Endurance, three new in 2023 w/load E rating. Furrion Vision S backup camera system with 5" monitor 2022.

Condition: Normal wear & tear for older vehicle. Roof is leak free with some minor repairs (see top view pic for solid condition). Some dents, scrapes, and exterior panel warpage; repaired left-rear lower panel due to blown tire. Removable windows (3) exterior border welting show shrinkage but are leak free, cosmetic only.

Unit is ready to use with nothing needed except your holding tank dump hoses. City water line/filter and 30' 30amp extension cord included. TVs, chairs, and interior decor not included with sale.
