Runs well with minor defects in body and mechanical function. Interior is in good condition. Exterior is so-so. Needs cosmetic repairs, ie. a/c covers, tire extensions, ceiling vent cover, ceiling fan. Engine, transmission and generator run great. House batteries adequate but chassis batteries 2 years old. Four door fridge but ice maker doesn't work. Great shower with functioning bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Microwave works but carousel turntable chipped. Levelers work slow. A/C in rear and front work great. Dash A/C works but not ice cold. Two LED tv's work great. Main awning needs spring. Others work fine. Slideout works slow. Gas range works great. Hot water is 10 gallons and runs on gas/electric as does fridge. Toilet works fine. Tires are 5 years old w/5,000 miles.
