2022 Valor 40v13

We have owned this unit for 2 years and have used a handful of times. It pulls great and has all off the ammenities one would need. Alliance has been good about warranty and we do not regret ownership of this 5th Wheel at all.

There have been a few quirky things as with all RVs and we have remedied all of them.

Major one was the Main Slide Out .

Slide Enhancement and Floor reinforcement. This was a known issue. and we have replaced the floor in the main slide.

The Screens Doors that go from the Garage/Couch/Bunk Area are not made well in my opinion so we removed them.

The Deck off the back is great and is a perfect place for babies to play.

This unit comes with 640 of Solar and Is Considered Off Grid. I have also installed an ENDURO POWER BATTERY which is a 300Ahr and retails around $2000. This will run everything but the AC for an entire day. Also installed a auxiliary 4000Watt Inverter which allow you to run more demanding appliances such as Electric Pressure Washers and you will not trip breakers inside the RV.

This unit comes with a Onan 5500 Gas Generator which has 115 Hours on it. Have completed the first service oil change. This pulls fuel from the dual tanks in the rear. One of those even has a fuel pump for your toys.

Has a air compressor but a more robust one could be installed.

We also converted some plumbing to allow for a hose bib on the main panel to run off of the water pump in the RV. This is nice for a pressure washer as well.

The unit has all of the bells and whistles that one would expect from a high quality RV. All you need is a washer and dryer, and you are good to do. There are hookups in the master as well as the garage space for Washer/Dryer.

Tires have been inspected. Suspension looks great. Greased.

Unit is lightly used and completely solid!
