This is a well kept RV. Stored inside a climate controlled building unless it was in use. Sleeps 4 adults. 29 feet long with one slide. It has one a/c unit. Non-smoking by owners. We purchased this RV new in 2021 and have enjoyed it very much. It has a Murmaid custom RV king mattress. Tons of storage, outdoor kitchen and small fridge. Includes the hitch with anti-sway bars. 

The reason for the lower price is the inside refrigerator is not working. It’s the only known issue with the trailer. Last used in March. Ready for its next adventure.
