2020 Model (delivered in June2019) for work purposes (I stayed there every other week). This 5th wheel was delivered from the factory to the RV space and has been parked and plugged into city water/sewer/electric since that time. It has been well cared for - power-washed twice a year/flexsealed on roof edges every other year preventatively. I have now changed jobs and no longer need this fifth wheel.

I am motivated to sell quickly.

It is wired with a Winegard signal booster and Dish satellite - both never used. There is a tankless water heater which is fantastic.

Microwave is a combination microwave/convection oven (I've never used the convection oven option)

Extra water filters in storage area for main water feed (I have just changed out the filter so it's good for 6months depending on your use and water supply)

Lots of outlets that have USB-A plug-ins

HVACs are AC with Heat pumps and are electric so they will not use up your propane in the hot summer months

2 full 40lb propane tanks

1.5 bathrooms with a nice-sized shower; washer/dryer

Brand new fire extinguisher in box

Good sized closet; I added more cubbies for storage in there

King-size bed platform with storage underneath (there is no bed as I gave it to my son for his apartment) There is the original quilt/Europillows that came with the fifth wheel (never used) and extra chairs/table extensions in the storage area.

Sofabed in the living room that is actually quite comfortable (according to my son)

Attached window silks on outside that mitigate heat inside

Arctic package to mitigate heat loss in winter (it was worth it)

Fifth wheel lock included.

Generator prep in place - if you ever want to add a generator

Tires are in excellent condition as they were on chocks and jacks were at height to not cause issues.

Of note:

The 2 little lights over the range do not work and I cannot remove them. There is enough light from kitchen lighting that it is not a problem.

It has 2 furnaces that have been off since I received it as I did not need them and I was told they would use up my propane if I wasn't there. They will most likely need to be cleaned/serviced simply because of time not used.
