Solar:
Professionally installed 350 watts of solar panels on roof (2 175-watt panels) with 40amp MPPT charge controller, a 3,000-watt inverter with remote on/off switch wired into the cabin and a 300-amp-hour lithium battery. Lithium batteries can be drained to nearly 0% where a deep-cycle cannot be drained past 50% so this is close to the equivalent of 600amp hours of deep-cycle battery at less than half the weight.
Run the camper as if you had shore-power with the inverter. There is a 30amp shore power plug wired to the inverter so you can plug the camper’s electrical system into the inverter and drive all of the standard outlets throughout the camper.
