This 2019 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 22R has everything you will need in an RV to travel. It is built on a Ford E350 chassis and has all the amenities. It has a great exterior design, with eternal power outlet and TV connection near the side door, LED lighting, and an electric awning. There is a very large rear storage compartment along w/ spare tire, w/ both side and rear access. There is also a smaller forward storage compartment.

There is a permanent mount propane tank w/ access door, 4,000-watt Cummins Oman Microquiet generator w/ access door, 30 amp power cord with access door, and pressurized city water hook up.

The interior is tan/caramel/honey-cherry in color, has a well laid out floor plan with a high amount of storage and vinyl flooring throughout. It has a 20,000 BTU furnace, 15,000 BTU air conditioner, AC/DC load center, 55amp converter/charger, systems monitor panel, 40-gallon water tank, on demand water pump, 6-gallon LP water heater w/electronic ignition, propane/smoke/and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguisher.

It has a beautiful kitchen with a 2-door refrigerator/freezer that runs on both AC and propane, microwave oven, 3 burner propane range with oven, vented range hood with light, large closet/pantry, multiple storage drawers, and above head cabinets. There is U-shaped dinette seating with a swivel tabletop, the dinette seating has seat belts and child seat tether anchor. One cushion has a worn area that has been repaired.

It has a full bathroom w/ shower, skylight, towel ring and robe hook, towel shelves, under sink cabinet, powered roof vent, and toilet w/ foot pedal. 

The sleeping areas can sleep up to 6 people. Above the cab there is a queen bed w/ privacy curtain. In the rear there is a queen bed w/ overhead storage cabinets.
