Purchased this unit in November and drove back to Rhode Island from Florida. Unfortunately my husband has passed and I do not have any plans for it. This unit is in perfect shape. Highlights of work we had done because we planned on keeping it:

New awning

All windows resealed (one had moisture in it so we figured we would do them all)

Ceramic coating

4 New smart TV's

New mattress with 3 inch foam and cover

2 new air conditioners

New Blue Ox towing system with attachments for a jeep

Windsheild and side driver and passenger windows have magnetic outside black out shades.

I have an extended warranty that was purchased in November that is tranferable (4 years-48,000 miles)

Was completely serviced at dealer prior to purchase. They installed new shower and toilet.
