We took this trailer out to test everything and ensure 100% listing accuracy, I can happily report it is in excellent condition. It has been waxed annually and stored out of the weather most of the time.

This has been a solid RV with no issues, just looking to downsize. We also plan to sell the truck pictured with the 5th wheel. 2016 Ram w/Cummins. 75,000 miles, loaded w/equip, new nitto ridge grappler tires fall 2023, tinted windows, daily driver so mileage will change . $69,000 for the package. They can be sold as a package or separately but we will not list the truck until we know that the 5th wheel is sold.
