Description

If you want an able boondocker with all the comforts of home, this is your baby! This Class A has some nicks and dings but nothing serious. Upgraded Khoni shocks (4) and Sumo springs, front. Much better ride than factory. More stable on the road. Has Steer safe system and 22.5" rims. I added Kree led headlamps and a glove leather steering wheel cover.

5500 watt Onan gas gen with AGS. New controller for 2 KW inverter / charger for lithium batteries. 50 Amp service.

Added an AGM chassis battery & disconnect and a 12V outlet from the house batteries to charge the 200 amp hour lithium batts with a 40 watt drag-on solar panel. The bus came with a 10 W rooftop panel.

The accident listed was minor damage to the lower right side fiberglass end cap. I turned into a guy from a stop light - didn't see him on the right. The repair shop removed the ugly durashield film to repaint the front. Charged $12000.00 to do it - the only RV body shop nearby. I'll share a picture.

Replaced the wipers and engine oil (synthetic) last year.

Recently adjusted slides and awnings over the slides are good.

New Alpine radio and upgraded front speakers.

Unit has surround sound and DVD player. Main 42" TV could be replaced but still works. All 4 TVs are high def and the outside is a Sony. Power boost antenna and cable connection. The loft has it's own TV with remote.

Recently replaced the 17 cubic ft. french door refirgerator folding gate. Large drawer freezer with icemaker.

Electric fireplace has a heater. Front A/C uses gas heat. Rear A/C is a heat pump. 10 gal water heater gas or electric. Added a Wi-boost for cell reception - which works great.

Drag on outdoor table with sink.

Gas grille. 50 # factory propane tank with high and low pressure quick disconnects added.

Locking gas cap.

Some minor nits:

Yellow light fixture over the door needs replacement. The outdoor entertainment radio power needs a new fuse.

I'll throw in some outfitting goodes to the right buyer including:

Engine cover / battery cover screwdriver, electronic copies of the owner's manuals for the hydraulics, electrical, awning, slides, etc. including the F53 product assembly guide, 4 hours of training.

Flat tow package available including:

Blue ox aluminum 7500# tow bar recent re-build with cover

Even brake pneumatic system, recent rebuild with Radio transmitter remote display.
