This has been the perfect RV for our family. It has a bunkhouse, which is not that common in RV's. We just don't use it much with a teenager now. There have been no major issues with anything. It just needs a new home with a family that will use it. We traveled around the western US towing a Jeep Wrangler and had no issues whatsoever. Willing to negotiate.
