Retail on it is 25,500. I have it for sale way below Blue Book retail because I am not using it anymore, and I want it sold before this winter. It is not perfect, and has some stuff that needs fixed on it but in my opinion, for being almost 10 years old, it is in very good condition. Also, this rv has been converted to a goose neck, so you need to have a gooseneck hitch tow the fifth wheel. Also, you need to have a diesel truck to tow the 5th wheel. This 5th wheel is about as big as they come. It is 42.8 feet long and weighs 12,500 pounds with a full-size living room bathroom kitchen and bedroom like in a luxurious small house.
