This 5th wheel is very well laid out, with a separate suite with a king size bed.

Loft, couch and two beds in the garage with a door for separation.

Washer and dryer hook-up in garage, washer/dryer all-in-one unit included with sale just needs to be installed.

Three (3) slide-outs make this a very easy space to set yourself up for long stays.

Garage fits two good sized motorcycles or a 4-wheeler with room to spare. Ramp is easy to open and close and the garage has it's own entrance, too.

The unit just had some major updates last fall. New roof, awnings, tires, and doors.

It does have a few minor knicks and bumps, that comes with age, but it is ready to drive away today.

Truck hitch is included.

One outstanding item is the generator, won't start, not sure if tank needs flushing. (Price has been reduced to reflect this.)
